The Windermere Foundation

In addition to volunteering, Windermere agents contribute financially to the Windermere Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting low-income and homeless families in the communities we serve.

A portion of every participating agent’s commission is donated directly to the Foundation, ensuring that each transaction helps make a tangible difference locally. Funds are distributed to vetted organizations that provide essentials such as:

• Housing assistance

• Food security

• Clothing and basic necessities

• Youth and family support services
